Apprenticeships

NWA Mechanical School is a Kimbel program designed to teach our employees how to do their job while on the job. At other tech schools, students pay tuition to learn a trade. That’s not how it works at NWA Mech. You will learn while receiving a paycheck.
    • The cost of the training is deducted from your paycheck.
    • After 90 days on the job, you will receive benefits.
    • You will put what you are learning into action immediately.

Don’t be stuck in a classroom.
Start working today while building your future.
