The Blake at Lafayette in Louisiana is getting close to completion. Robbie Olson and his team conquered the plumbing on 109 units and a common area for ICI Construction. The Blake offers top-quality assisted living and memory care services for older adults while enjoying the beautiful landscapes of one of Lafayette’s best neighborhoods. Assisted Living is a large scope of our work here at Kimbel Mechanical. Our hope is to use our trades and skills on projects that enhance the quality of life for many.
